PRESS POLICY: The boards of Gila Community and Tourism Development and Tour of the Gila expect journalists and photographers to work professionally and respectfully with Tour of the Gila staff and volunteers as well as with race officials. They must comply with USAC and UCI rules, and follow instructions of race officials, particularly with regard to safety. The boards have a zero-tolerance policy regarding unprofessional and disrespectful behavior during race events, and they reserve the right to deny or revoke press privileges.

Credentials are limited, and only working media will be approved. If you are a “late” addition, please contact Media Director Jennifer Olson at togila@tourofthegila.com. Requests should be received at least two weeks before registration for the race closes. (If you need media credential information or services within the two-week window or during race, contact the media director.)

Not all requests may be honored or able to be granted. There are limited credentials offered.
